With school and Seminary starting, I knew I would be back to the grind and short on time to work on some of my projects so I tried to check some things off my list before I got too busy. And yes, I have an actual list. I LOVE to make lists and I love even more so to cross things off my list. So far I've only been able to finish a couple of projects. I had 100 ladybug invitations to make for my friend's baby shower:
Done and mailed!
I learned how to can peaches with my mom:
Done and one jar already eaten for breakfast!
Out with the old, in with the new--I went through all the kid's clothes and put the old sizes in storage to make room for their new school clothes. I even managed to sneak a few toys out headed for Goodwill.
(Doesn't it feel good to get that done?)
And I finally organized my computer/craft room--but it's already a mess again so this picture is just proof that there is a floor in that room. And yes, I consider that corner clean and organized!
My list of projects to finish is long (I keep adding more crafts to my list!) but I'm finding with only one kid at home, I actually have a little more time to do some things. This is how I managed to be productive around the house today while Drew was at school....
Next on my list is finishing scrapbooks and tackling all my sewing projects. If only there were more hours in the day...!

OMG! The lady bug shower invites are amazing! You always go above and beyond! :)
It looks pretty clean and organized to me! I love the ladybugs, how cute are those things? You have talent, lady. And, Avery is so stinkin' cute. Love the curls.
I love how the invites turned out! I've been in an organizational kick too and I love it! There is definitely something satisfying about dropping stuff off at goodwill and packing away small clothes!
